Bodyguards’ administrative duties in Ukraine.

Abstract
The article specifies that the administrative bodyguards’ duties in Ukraine are the measures of proper and necessary social and legal conduct legally enshrined in regulatory legal acts with respect to persons who infringe on the rights and freedoms of people under protection and who are directed to fulfill tasks and functions in the envisaged sphere. In case of violation of rights and freedoms, bodyguards use measures of physical coercion. Administrative duties are directly related to the code of professional honor, which states that the bodyguard, even in the face of the threat of his life, must fulfill his professional duty to the end.
