بررسی همراهی پلی‌مورفیسم rs2829803 miRNA-155 و ارتباط آن با بیماری مالتیپل‌اسکلروزیس در بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان فرشچیان همدان

Abstract
زمینه و هدف: مالتیپل‌اسکلروزیس، یک بیماری خودایمنی با التهاب مزمن غلاف میلین در سیستم اعصاب مرکزی است. مجموعه‌ای از فاکتورها مانند عوامل محیطی و پلی‌مورفیسم در ارتباط با آن شناخته شده است. در این مطالعه همبستگی پلی‌مورفیسم rs 2829803 در miR-155 با بیماری مالتیپل‌اسکلروزیس در بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان فرشچیان همدان بررسی گردید. روش بررسی: دراین مطالعه مورد - شاهدی، ۱۳۰ بیمار (۲۹% مرد، ۷۱% زن) مبتلا به مالتیپل‌اسکلروزیس (محدوده سنی ۶۹-17 سال) و ۱۵۰ فرد سالم (۳۸% مرد، ۶۲% زن) (محدوده سنی ۶۳-19 سال) به‌عنوان گروه شاهد انتخاب شدند. تعیین ژنوتیپ با روش Tetra-ARMS-PCR انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: تفاوت معنی‌داری در توزیع ژنوتیپی miR-155 rs2829803 در حالت غالب )۵۸/۰-۱۹/۱ CI:۹۵%، 33/0 (OR:(۰۰۰۱/۰(p= و هتروزیگوت (16/۳-۱۷/۱ CI:۹۵%، ۹۲/۱OR:)) ۰۱/۰p=) در بیماران در مقایسه با افراد سالم مشاهده گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه در راستای مطالعات پیشین مبنی بر ارتباط پلی‌مورفیسم miR-155 (rs 2829803) با بیماری مالتیپل‌اسکلروزیس، همراهی این پلی‌مورفیسم را با افزایش خطر ابتلا به بیماری تأیید می‌کند.
