BUILDING OF THE STATE RESILIENCE: CONCLUSIONS FOR UKRAINE

Abstract
The article explores the peculiarities of building of the state resilience as an important element of ensuring national resilience. Some tools for the practical implementation of this process are determined. The peculiarities of reforming the national security system of Ukraine and its compliance with the principles of national resilience are analyzed.
