Business model of Enterprise Operating in Interorganizational Network

Abstract

The growing significance of interorganizational networks became to be a premise of reflections on the influence enterprises business models. It is assumed, that models are oriented into shareholders value maximizing. On the basis of literature studies three perspectives of business model interpretation have been applied, it’s mean the client’s value, involved resource configuration and profits stream protection. The decisions concerned the depth of network relationships are taken with criteria of the scale economic, agency and transactions costs and the partner’s resource availability. Mentioned perspectives and criteria make the matrix of dependency analysis.
