Abstract
Abstract: Surveys and photographic collection of butterflies in Ajinkyatara fort Satara Maharashtra, India. is carried out from 28th August 2011 to 30 January 2012 still 36 species of butterflies belonging to 29 genera responding 4 families viz., Papilionidae, Lycanidae, Pieridae and Nymphalidae are recorded.
