Challenging of a procurement contract in the context of protection of the rights of individual persons

Abstract
There is still no faith in society that procurement can be done fairly and in line with the objectives pursued. The selection of tenders and the award of contract continue to raise doubts about the customer's integrity and the appropriateness of the choice of offer. The regulatory framework for the selection of public service contracts and the award of contracts has been examined in the research, the problems and legal relationships that are more common in practice identified and described, the causes of the problems identified and their consequences described, as well as solutions to existing problems proposed
