CHANGE OF INSTITUTIONAL MODEL OF HUMAN CAPITAL OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The features of the new economy that determine the change in the economic model of human capital are identified. The list of institutions that directly affect these changes. New factors are introduced, under which the human capital model is substantially modified. It is proposed to take into account the identified changes in the new economy in the updated institutional model of human capital.
