Characterization Of Personality, Motivation And Leadership Style; Factors That Converge In The Profile Of The Stress-Generating Leader

Abstract

The objective of this research was to carry outa survey of publications posted on the web, to establish the main intrinsic stress-generating characteristics in the profile of a leader. Identifying for this each of the elements that make up the profile of the leader in general, and specifically, the one that can create stress in the members of his group due to a poor channeling of the elements that make up his profile. Research developed from documentary research, descriptive level, through the review of published research papers, of a scientific natureand with demonstrable bases, organized by means of signing for further purification. Among the most outstanding particularities are the personality, motivation and leadership style that he exercises, it is from there that the traits that define the leader's profile will be established, being elements such as response time management, being carried away by his position ideological if he is immersed in political scenarios, excessive motivation, energy and drive that can make him impose his interests over those of the group he groups, but also the other extreme of a laissez leader who does not motivate his team enough to continue advancing
