CHOICE OF BASE PERIOD FOR STATISTICAL DESIGN OF UNEVENNESS OF WATER CONSUMPTION

Abstract
We collected statistical data on the expense of hot water onthe needs of dwellings microregions, from a boiler room. Astudy of actual indexes of work of the centralized hot watersystem is undertaken. In the process of research an arraytreated from 79000 sentinel indexes, an integral method iscreate an array from 3300 daily allowance values and anarray is formed 470 a week's values for further treatment. Ingeneral complication an analysis plugged in itself treatmentmore than 600000 separate values and indexes. We are conduct the statistical design of unevenness of consumption of hot water. Approximating functions are certain a least squares method for every separate array of data. It is set as a result of research, that a decline of expense the hot water system in a summer period of year is 20 % as compared to the winter period of year, and the increase of expense of hot water at the weekend, as compared to working days, increases to 15 %.
