Ciało – umysł – przestrzeń. Buddyjska perspektywa. Body - mind - space. The Buddhism perspective.
Journal Title: Czasopismo Pedagogiczne/The Journal of Pedagogy - Year 2015, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
This text refers to the results and conclusions of my research project, which dealt with Buddhism as a life policy and focused on the lifestyle of Buddhists, their attitudes to life and self-realization. I inform only at this point that the dominant scheme research in my dissertation was ethnography. It has been complemented and deepened by the idiomodyfic approach. In this article, I use pieces of empirical material, including interviewes with the practitioners of Buddhism (given in the text in italics), derived from that dissertation. The text here is an attempt to scratch the issue of body, mind and space, and their links, from the Buddhist perspective.
