CITIZEN AND CIVIL SOCIETY AS THE OBJECT AND SUBJECTS OF THE SECURITY POLICY OF THE STATE

Abstract
The purpose of the study is to elucidate the quality of the citizen and the civil society to be subject of the state security policy (the object of protection), and the subjects of this policy, an important factors involved in the process of its elabora- tion and realization. In our vision, researching this issue allows for a substantial deepening of security theory within the rule of law. From the applicative point of view, we believe that by thorough investigation of its main aspects, it is possible to identify important solutions for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the state security policy.
