Civil-law protection of private-law information rights of a person

Abstract
This work is devoted to the study of individual information relations, directly both in the regulatory and in the protective state, which are mediated by the legal mechanisms of private law. The content of information relations and peculiarities of their regulation in the sphere of civil turnover of goods, services and works, as well as the interrelation of information with the public turnover of objects of intellectual property rights are analyzed. Identified similar and distinctive features of these legal relationships.
