CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTION AS THE SUBJECT OF CORRUPTION PREVENTION

Abstract
This article describes how civil society actors to prevent corruption. An definition of civil society and civil society. The basic provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine concerning the admission of civil society in the prevention of corruption. The authors also are the main international legal acts regulating public participation in combating and fighting corruption. The basic anti-corruption provisions of the Annual National Programe NATO – Ukraine cooperation for 2015 and the Plan of legislative reform support in Ukraine.
