CLASSIFICATION AND PRINCIPLES OF THE HEARD’S ACTIVITIES IN PENAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The author considers the principles of the head’s activities in penal system and emphasizes the importance of their use while reforming penal system. The author analyses scientific and standard sources to define the level of the research as to the principles of the head’s activities penal system at the doctrine level. The author specifies the classification and groups of principles of the head’s activities in penal institutions.
