CLASSIFICATION OF INTERESTS IN FAMILY LAW

Abstract
In the article the thesis of the fundamental role of interests in family law, the classification of interest on different criteria. In family law involved many different subjects, there is no doubt that each of them pursues its own interests, so the definition of public and private interest is quite important. Also apart by paying attention to the legitimate interests of the legal person status. Attention is focused on the ratio of the concepts of “legitimate interest”, “subjective right” in family relationships.
