CLASSIFICATION OF LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY LEGAL RELATIONS ACCORDING TO THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In proposed article provides general description of legal consequences of termination of marriage and family relationships under the laws of Ukraine and for the first time their classification was given according to different criteria. In that case focus is, that marriage is living as one family without marriage registration (being in actual marriage relations, church marriage, civil partnership) generates many consequences of legal and moral nature, which relate not only to the former husband and wife, but also their children, other persons, as well as their property.
