Classification of Types of Permissible Use of Land Plots

Abstract
In this article, the authors consider the legislative and regulatory framework for the classification of types of permitted use. The statistics on land plots in the Krasnodar region are given, the information about which was contained in the State Committee for the Construction at the end of 2016. The application of the approved classification in practice with respect to the plots within the boundaries of the municipality of Krasnodar was analyzed. The article identified the problems of classification of the types of permitted use, as well as proposed actions to prevent negative consequences from improperly formulated types of permitted use of land.
