Clinical and Pathogenetic Significance of Micronutrient Metabolism Disorders in Parasitic Diseases in School-aged Children

Abstract
The article deals with the results of the determination of trace element content in school-aged children of Lugansk region suffering from parasitic invasion. The changes of microelement composition in serum and urine were detected, manifesting by decreased content of essential trace elements on the background of accumulation of toxic ones. Content of trace elements in the blood depends on parasitosis type.
