Clinical research of the preventive treatment form igrainousvertigo without headanche and observing the evoke dpotential

Abstract
Objective: To observe the preventive treatment for patients with non-head ache type migrainevertigo. Method: 48 cases of patients with non-headache type migraInevertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and Control group. The treatment group was going to be treated by flunarizine, and the Control group was going to be treated by be tahIstine. All of them took a 8 week treatment period. Separately study visual evoked potential measurement of migraine patients with vertigo before and after therapy. Result: 8 weeks after the treatment, The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (X2=27. 1888, P[0.01, patients with vertigo were Receiving prosthetic treatment (P"0".1, and the migrainevertigo patients of unusually visual evoked potentials measures were also eased after treatment. Conclusion: for the patients with non-Headache type migrainevertigo, FlunarizIne preventive treatment has better clinical curative effect.
