CLINICAL VALUE OF DETERMATION OF CENTRAL HEMODYNAMIC PARAMETERS IN PATIENTS WITH UNCOMPLICATED ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE APPLANATION TONOMETRY

Abstract
A clinical and instrumental examination of patients with uncomplicated essential hypertension I-II degree. Central hemodynamics and elastic properties of the arterial wall in the subgroups of patients were determined by the method of applanation tonometry, device SphygmoCor. Statistical analysis of the information was performed using Student t-test and the Wilcoxon test.
