All these lesions involve nasal and paranasal sinuses and no non neoplastic lesion was seen in the nasopharynx. Conclusion: This study adds to the descriptive data relating to the incidence, clinical and histological patterns of non neoplastic nose and paranasal sinuses masses, thus consolidating the observations of previous studies. The findings of this study would aid in better diagnosis at an early stage thereby improving patient compliance and better response to treatment.
