Factors that affect the cycle of coaching personnel of the Army is made up of the internal factor in the formation of soldiers in the form of welfare, moral, mental, discipline and skills of soldiers and External Factors in the formation of soldiers in the form of welfare, moral, mental, discipline and skills of soldiers in coaching personnel Military Area Kodam V / Brawijaya.
