COACHING – TREND OR REAL SUPORT IN ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT AND UNIT DEVELOPMENT? BENEFITS AND THREATS

Abstract
This work concerns a subject of coaching popularity nowadays and its benefits and threats. Attractiveness of coaching may cause that people without proper competences, ethics and responsibility about their work will want to ear money on this matter. It may lead to create a nega-tive opinion about coaching. This article shows an important matter of ethical behawior, values at work which increases development of organization, helps to manage people and increases unit development. Competences, kowledge and abilities are emphasized as the basis of good work of a coach. Effectiveness and benefits of coaching in organization or unit also depends on coaches experience nad its own development. There are also shown benefits and threats connected with coaching popularity that should be taken under consideration to eliminate or limit them.
