COMMON FOREIGN AND SECURITY POLICY (CFSP) AREAS OF EUROPEAN UNION LAW

Abstract

In this scientific study, the foundations of the functioning of the Сommon foreign and security policy as a more structured part of the European Union are characterized, having acquired additional legal instruments at their disposal became an obligatory element for the member states. Thus, the procedures and legal instruments provided for in the constituent agreements, through which the Сommon foreign and security policy is implemented, are singled out.
