Communicative and communicational: extension and limits of notions

Abstract
It is emphasized that under conditions of practical needs for implementation of communication in government agencies, necessity to adopt regulatory acts and internal documents, the requirement of common terms uni¿ cation in particular concerning the de¿ nitions communicational and communicative become of crucial importance. It is underlined that the communication is interpreted in dictionaries as (1) connecting link; (2) intercourse, message. It is noted that in Ukrainian and Russian languages a noun communication created two forms: one of the ¿ rst meaning (communicational), one – of the other (communicative). It is proposed the uni¿ cation of used terms under integrated principle: (1) by af¿ liation to de¿ nition of communication as a system of means, communication links / as a process of creation of common meanings, communicating in order to ensure participation and (2) by linguistic passivity-activity states of actions related to communication in the second sense.
