Communicative tolerance of civil servants in the context of the formation of a communicative culture of public administration

Abstract
The article is devoted to actual issues of professionalization of modern public service. It has been pointed out that communicative activities in public administration became a necessary component of the professional activities of public servants, which determines the formation of a professional communication culture for public servants, which should be oriented towards the current trends of public administration development in Ukraine. The components of the communicative culture, in particular its emotional component, are analyzed. The article presents the results of research on communicative tolerance of public servants in the context of forming a communicative culture in public administration.
