Abstract
Given the social and economic conditions in the sports community, the volunteers will feel more than sports organizations. The population numbers about 120 research. Due to the number of population, was used for sampling the. A questionnaire of 24 questions on the Spectrum 5 item Likert format was designed for the reliability and validity were obtained. For statistical analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. The first section describes the data into frequency distribution tables and graphs were done in the second part of inferential statistics were used Smirnov. Independent t -test for hypothesis testing and regression analysis was used to rank the factors attracting volunteers Thus the elements of character and personal beta obtained with the number 0.212 is the largest number in the betas calculated to be representative of priorities intended to be a priority in the future with respect to numbers obtained from the beta to the component connections beta 0.199 in the second priority media with Beta 0.181 campaigns with beta 0.183 tools encourage the beta 0.093, and ultimately organizational policies with beta 0.063 in grades three to six are located.
