Comparison of Effectiveness of Antiaircraft Missile Homing Controlled by Rotary Executive System
Journal Title: Problemy Mechatroniki. Uzbrojenie, lotnictwo, inżynieria bezpieczeństwa - Year 2013, Vol 4, Issue 4
Abstract
In this paper, the numerical comparative analysis of antiaircraft missile homing was carried out. The controlling of this missile flight was realized by means of rotor made of high density material, jointly mounted inside of missile airframe. The rotor accelerated to high rotational speed takes features of gyroscope, therefore change of its axis location with reference to longitudinal axis of missile causes that missile changes its flight direction. Comparison of homing was carried out for two algorithms, and some of simulations results were presented graphically.

Investigating a Process of Accelerating Macroscopic Objects in an Eddy-Current Inductance Coil Magnetic Field
The subject of this paper is an analysis of the process of applying kinetic energy to a projectile made of non-magnetic electrically conductive material and located inside an induction coil live with alternating current....
Numerical Tests of Impact Process Between Net Structure and Rigid Object During Flight
Presented paper shows the modelling process of collaboration between net and chosen rigid object with relatively small geometric dimensions and low weight. Both, net and object had rotational and translational velocity a...
Estimation of Loads Acting on Flaps of the Su-22 Aircraft for Fatigue Tests
The paper presents the results of the calculation of forces acting on the flaps of the Su-22 aircraft during take-off and landing. Four different analytic and experimental calculation methods were used to increase the re...
