COMPARISON OF LOW FIELD ELECTRON TRANSPORT CHARACTERISTICS IN INP, GAP AND GA[sub]0.52 [/sub]IN[sub]0.48[/sub]P CRYSTAL STRUCTURE
Journal Title: Journal of Science And Arts - Year 2011, Vol 14, Issue 1
Abstract
Temperature and doping dependencies of electron mobility in InP, GaP and Ga0.52In0.48P structures have been calculated using an iterative technique. The following scattering mechanisms, i.e, impurity, polar optical phonon, acoustic phonon and piezoelectric are included in the calculation. Ionized impurity scattering has been treated beyond the Born approximation using the phase-shift analysis. It is found that the electron mobility decreases monotonically as the temperature increases from 100K to 500K for each material which is depended to their band structures characteristics. The low temperature value of electron mobility increases significantly with increasing doping concentration. The iterative results are in fair agreement with other recent calculations obtained using the relaxation-time approximation and experimental methods.

A MOKOBODZKI TYPE THEOREM
This work deals with the nonlinear potential theory actually with the corresponding specific order. Thus we shall propose a definition of the specific order with respect to a nonlinear operator (respectively to a nonline...
NEW GENERALIZATIONS AND NEW APPROACHES FOR TWO IMO PROBLEMS
Success in problem solving requires effort. These are not routine exercises. They are problems whose solutions depend of trying something new (like approaches and generalization for IMO problems). This article presents so...
THE DYNAMICS OF TRACE ELEMENTS IN DNIESTER RIVER ECOSYSTEMS
The goal of this research was to investigate the dynamics of trace metals (Cu, Zn, Mn, Co, Ni, Mo, V, Pb, Cd etc) in water, sediments, and the accumulation in the plants, invertebrates and organs and tissue of Cyprinidae...

SOME GEOMETRIC INEQUALITIES OF IONESCU-WEITZENBÖCK TYPE IN TRIANGLE
Some Ionescu-Weitzenböck’ s type inequalities for general triangles are presented. The main tool in the proofs is Radon’s inequality and of course Ionescu-Weitzenböck s inequality.
