COMPETENT APPROACH IN THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

The essence of the competencies of the enterprise and the competence of employees as scientific categories is investigated. The definition of «competence» as a scientific category, its distinction from the concept of «competence» and the peculiarities of application in management are given. The essence and significance of the competent approach to the formation of the personnel management system is substantiated and «model of competences» is substantiated.
