Competent bases of the activation strategy of industrial enterprises innovation and investment development

Abstract
The article develops and substantiates the mechanism of the process administration of evaluating the effectiveness of the strategy of industrial enterprise innovation and investment development on the competence basis, which recognizes the objective nature of the integration of knowledge from strategic, innovation and investment management, as well as the obligatory multi-position approach to strategic management by the scheme of change of management Tasks, such as: "consultant − theorist − expert − analyst − client − organizational manager".
