Abstract
The essence and advantages of the competitive potential creationof machine-building enterprises in the system of economic management are discussed in the article. The method of the competitive potential creation of machine-building enterprises in the system of economic management is offered. The general influence of factors on the economic resources of the enterprise forming the components of the machine-building enterprises competitive potential is determined.
