Abstract
The European orientation of Ukraine includes not only the implementation of international law, but adaptation in many areas activity and life of the state and society. For rail transport primary objective may be to develop new approaches in international transport technology and training. From the railway reform is necessary to review the concept of the provisions transportation process and therefore develop clear guidelines on improving the quality of services.
