COMPLETENESS OF THE CRIME AS A CIRCUMSTANCE OF SOCIAL CONDITIONALITY OF THE LAW ON CRIMINAL LIABILITY

Abstract
The article is sanctified to research such circumstance of social conditionality as «completeness of corpus delicti». There was argued that a number of common features of corpus delicti is not a direct reflection of their specific design rules law of criminal responsibility.
