COMPLEX DIAGNOSTICS OF «RISK-MANAGEMENT» AT ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article develops the methodological approach to complex diagnostics of «risk-management» at enterprises in the conditions of growth of market environment uncertainties and crisis phenomena in production activity of enterprises. The classification of the most widespread types of risks is presented; dependence and impact of risks on business management techniques of enterprises and on forming of the «risk-management» features of enterprises in the conditions of strengthening of market competition and structural changes, at both regional and national levels, is indicated. The essence of «risk-management» of enterprises in the conditions of unstable market conditions and the growing influence of external factors on their business activities, which are, first of all, financial and marketing in nature, is substantiated.
