CONCEPT AND CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES OF INDIVIDUAL LABOR DISPUTES

Abstract
In the article based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists the theoretical approaches to understanding the concept of “individual labor dispute” are researched. Author’s understanding of the given term is given and its characteristic properties are determined. It is stressed that the relations that mediate the emergence and solution of an individual labor dispute are mainly of a protective nature, since they are aimed at protecting the disputes existing in the party, belonging to it under the legislation and (or) labor contract of subjective rights and interests in the field of labor.
