CONCEPT AND TYPES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL FACILITIES FOR REGULATION OF LABOR MIGRATION

Abstract
A concept and types of facilities of adjusting of labor migration are exposed in this scientific article. It is determined that administrative and legal means in the sphere of labor migration is a set of methods and methods established by the norms of administrative law that are used by the public administration to influence public relations in the sphere of labor migration with the aim of regulating and protecting public interests, solving certain tasks and achieving socially usefulgoals in this area. Analysis of the current administrative legislation and practice of its application gives grounds to conclude that among the administrative and legal means for regulating labor migration, there are: 1) licensing; 2) control (supervision); 3) legalliability for violation of the legislation of Ukraine on labor migration.
