CONCEPT OF INTEGRATED QUALITY PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Abstract
In the article the conceptual basis of forming an integral quality of management is researched under the development of the management professionalization. The processes of forming management system’s effectiveness, which create the adequate quality of managerial activity, are defined. The concept of qualitative and quantitative indexes of management effectiveness is viewed. Main approaches of professional management integral quality’s establishment are proposed. Necessity of the further scientific research on integral management system is proved. Attention is called to the need to achieve efficiency of interaction process between management science, analytics and practice. Specific directions of primary activities for forming an integral quality of management in Ukraine are researched.
