Conception of the Economic-Mathematical Modeling in Management of Innovation Processes of the Processing Enterprises of the Agro-Industrial Complex

Abstract
On the basis of the conducted analysis the development trends of domestic agricultural production have been determined. Peculiarities of functioning of the processing enterprises of agro-industrial of Ukraine were studied, which are distinct due to variety of options and the complexity of innovation processes; availability of alternatives from the performance of the equipment, on the one hand, to the choice of innovative technologies for production and losses of the agricultural raw materials, on the other; specifics of raw materials, which mostly are the perishable agricultural produce or products with a limited term of use; significant changes in quantity and quality of raw materials, which may be characterized by instability of supply related to seasonality, weather and climatic conditions, yields and other factors. A system of conceptual principles for simulating the management of innovation processes of the processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex was identified, which provides flexibility of innovation activity management system and allows to: consider the factor of uncertainty in the form of various types of risks arising during the implementation of the simulation; select the criteria for the optimization of management; explore the efficiency and priority of the planned innovation processes.
