Abstract
The article deals with the conceptual and methodological aspects of the functioning of the mechanisms of state regulation of processes of counteraction to the development of the shadow economy. Considerable attention is paid to the principles of formation and func- tioning, as well as the conceptualization of the structural and logical model of the complex mechanism of state regulation of processes of counteraction to the development of the shadow economy.
