Conceptual approaches to motivation in the innovative activity of enterprise.

Abstract
The article is devoted to explanatory of general conceptual approaches to motivation and their possible application in the innovative activity of an enterprise. Three modern conceptual approaches to personnel motivation were analysed. The necessity of usage of accumulated theoretical aiming at motivating employees to an innovative activity was discussed. The ways of usage of some motivation theoretical foundations to motivate employees to an innovative activity were proposed.
