CONCEPTUAL ASPECTS OF THE EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS OF PROCESSES OF FORMING AND USING ENTERPRISES’ CURRENT CAPITAL

Abstract
The process of reforming the economy creates favorable conditions for increasing business activity and expansion of market capacity of enterprises, but also increased competition, changes the level of risk, difficult conditions of functioning that requires an objective assessment of the efficiency of forming and using current capital. This is challenging in terms of lack of resources, lack of effective methods of im-plementation the development strategies, particularly for pharmaceutical companies. Their specifics of management include not only the production, wholesale and retail trade, specialized storage and distri-bution, but also perform an important social function - providing consumers with quality and affordable medicines. Therefore there is a need for new approaches and methods for in-depth study on analyzing the efficiency of forming and using enterprises’ current capital, given the economic and social aspects. Business activity of the pharmaceutical companies covers a wide range of organizational and social, economic and financial questions. The quality of solutions in these spheres is largely determined by the state of current capital. Disclosure of functioning of pharmaceutical companies determines their impact on the methods of analysis efficiency of forming and using current capital, allows characterizing groups of indicators of economic and social components of efficiency to ensure the completeness of the analysis and increasing the rationality of management solutions. The analysis of efficiency of forming and using current capital, management the activities of the pharmaceutical market, the development of effective strategies, control and ensuring economic and social efficiency of their functioning are not possible without the development of structural and logical frame-work of research and methods of analysis socio-economic efficiency of forming and using pharmaceutical enterprises’ current capital for management decision-making.
