Conceptual basis for implementation of the accumulation pension system in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is defined the conceptual framework for the introduction of the pension sys- tem of accumulation. On the basis of the study of the country’s economic development, there is highlighted obstacles to the introduction of the accumulation system of pension provision in Ukraine (economic, managerial, legal, democratic). The necessity of improving pension reform taking into account experience and social and economic situation in the country is substantiated. It is proposed the government mechanism for the introduction of the accumulative pension system in Ukraine (principles, tools, directions). There is pro- posed, implementation of which will ensure financial stability, equity, transparency of the domestic pension system.
