Conceptual basis of promoting the development strategy of the publishing industry

Abstract

The article explores and justifies the conceptual foundations of ensuring the development strategy of the publishing industry of the national economy. The scientific approach to organize activities in the publishing industry of the national economy has been improved. The approaches of shaping the development strategy of the publishing industry are explored. The role of state institutions in the process of coordinating and regulating centers in the provision of functional economic systems is established. The principles of self-organization and self-regulation, the process of regulation, management and marketing in the sufficiently developed markets in the international medium are proposed. The process of self-realization of the fundamental tasks of functional economic systems in relation to certain parameters, that provide the corresponding equilibrium, is investigated. The structure of the conceptual and categorical framework of the paradigm of the segmental component of the socio-economic system is proposed. The advanced scientific hypothesis reflects the modern direction of studying the development strategy of the publishing industry, in connection with which, it is necessary to form and implement an improved paradigm of segmental coordination in the form of a combination of principles of hierarchical regulation, vertical and horizontal management and marketing, which allows adequately reflect the specifics of network development segmental components of the national macroeconomic environment. Such a paradigm of combining the principles of hierarchical regulation, vertical and horizontal management and marketing, with regard to the sectoral market of publishing products, depicts diagonal pulsating coordination, which takes into account the maximum automation of socio-economic systems, is based on managerial consulting and requires institutional regulatory support.
