CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE RURAL YOUTH SPHERE OF EMPLOYMENT: PEDAGOGICAL ASPECT

Abstract
The scientific article discusses the problems of employment of rural youth and search of ways of unemployment reduction on village. The state of vocational education and ways to improve the level of training of students of vocational education. The main reasons of number of countrymen’ reduction, including the youth, occupied in the agricultural enterprises and the tendencies of independent employment development on village are specified. The situation on a rural youth labour market is investigated, the basic directions of softening of softening of unemployment in countryside are offered. Considered the most acute problems of rural Ukraine, grounded strategic value of multifunction development of rural territories taking into account experience of countries – members of European Union and certainly innovative principles of regional policy, directed on the increase of level of employment of population in rural locality.
