CONCEPTUAL ISSUES OF TEACHING DISCIPLINE "ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION" IN THE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF THE HUMANITARIAN DIRECTION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the problem of teaching the academic discipline "Electronic document management". It is pointed out that excessive accentuation of universities on certain software products harms the overall educational process, reducing the mobility of future specialists. It is proposed to use one of the ways to solve the problem. The first is to create an interuniversity consortium based on the use of open source software. The second approach is based on the use of the Administration of the President of Ukraine’s «Electronic Document Management System» in the educational process.
