CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Abstract
In the article the essence of crisis management, trends of development is considered. Determined crisis management, enterprise management procedure as a preventive policy to minimize the negative impact of exogenous and endogenous factors and implementation of financial management tactics aimed at finding ways out of the crisis. The mission of crisis management, which consists in the development and implementation of measures to influence the root causes of crisis phenomena, restoration of solvency and ensuring financial stability of the subject of management, is outlined. Analysis of crisis management as an algorithm of actions of an entity whose purpose is breeding company out of crisis. Crisis management represented as a triad of interrelated activities, prevent crises, eliminate them and support stability, enterprise output from crisis.
