CONCEPTUAL PROVISIONS OF QUALITY MONITORING OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE WORKERS IN VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The modern reformation of national vocational education involves the training of specialists of a new type. Therefore, the educational activities of vocational schools are aimed at improving the quality of their graduates’ professional training, which management is impossible without conducting the appropriate monitoring assessments. Monitoring of the vocational schools should be considered not only as a tool of quality education management, but also as a tool of the professional self-actualization of students. At the same time, the conceptual positions are reflected by such leading ideas: the central place in the monitoring process takes not end-points, but the personal-target orientations of future skilled workers of professional expression; it is necessary to maintain a positive internal motivation in students regarding their desire to show the best results of their own professional training during the monitoring assessment; assist in the monitoring of variables of the behavioral form of recipients from passive to active. In substantiating these conceptual provisions, we note that the subject of monitoring of quality of training of future skilled workers is the vocational training, the “bearer” of which is a student. Therefore, the qualitative side of the final results is directly depended on how the recipients “disclose” the acquired professional knowledge, abilities, and skills during the monitoring assessment. Desiring to showcase the best results, the students need to enhance their own professional training, show activity and perseverance. At the same time, monitoring acquires a motivating character for them, acts as a kind of catalyst of the movement towards the personal and professional growth.
