CONFESSIONAL NORMS OF LAW AND THEIR IMPORTANCE IN FORMATION COMMERCIAL LAW

Abstract
The author analyzes the mutual influence of religion and law, as well as the importance of religious norms in the formation of economic law as one of the branches of secular law. It is substantiated that legal and religious norms in the case of coincidence of the sphere of regulated relations are too close, and sometimes even identical in character to their instructions. Proposals for a more profound analysis of the influence of religious norms on the formation of economic legislation of Ukraine are expressed.
