Conflict of Generations: Comparison of Worldviews of Generation C(Z) and Baby Boomers

Abstract

This article presents the results of the research on the relations between the generation of C(Z) and baby boomers, including four aspects of social life: the level of civic awareness, attitude to work, expectations of the state and interest in politics in the Słupsk province. Extremely different ties between generational groups and the workplace have been presented, the high expectations on the state as well as interest in politics has been explained, and the levels of differences in the generations studied have been described.
